We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a General Manager, Technical Services to be accountable for Technical services across all asset classes at Mirvac.
Provide leadership and direction to the Capital Works, Sustainability and Asset Technology teams to drive, lead and deliver divisional strategy and targets.
Enhance portfolio performance through optimisation of operational and financial performance, risk minimisation and cost reduction while delivering high-quality services and excellent customer services across all Assets.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
Drive, lead and deliver the Major Capital Works, Asset Technology & Sustainability components of the divisional strategy, including the divisional ESG strategy, and ensure alignment with Strategic Asset Plans
Drive, lead and facilitate engagement, collaboration and innovation with key stakeholders (internal and external), whilst cultivating a customer-centric culture
Lead the delivery of high-quality services to Asset teams to optimise asset performance, manage risk and create value
Drive and lead the team to deliver Major Capital Projects in a way that creates a safe, sustainable and innovative culture, whilst meeting all commercial and technical requirements, and drives a competitive advantage for Mirvac
Provide input into the preparation of Strategic Asset Plans and operational and capital expenditure budgets, and ensure ongoing management against forecasts
Ensure portfolio risks (and opportunities) are identified, regularly reviewed and sustainable strategies are implemented to eliminate, mitigate or minimise impact
Lead a high performing team, ensuring a strong level of engagement and retention
Inspire, motivate and develop the team, including implementing and reviewing performance and development plans which encourage and stimulate the team to perform at their best while supporting them to achieve their potential
Promote thought leadership and educate Asset teams on creating meaningful ESG and Asset Technology data insights
Provide Asset Technology and Sustainability input into New Business submissions and presentations, and be the 'Owners Operational Representative' lead in all new development projects
Collaboratively partner with Group Procurement to drive and deliver divisional programs
Mirvac NEXT - lead Major Capital Works activities on the Yardi implementation project
