We are currently seeking a receptionist to come on board to manage the front of house whilst current staff are on annual leave.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be required to have drive and initiative to support the wider business with adhoc administrative tasks.
Duties will include:
- Managing the Front of House
- Answering a busy switchboard
- Managing and coordination of the meeting rooms
- Meet and greet of clients
- Ad Hoc data entry, document management, filing
- Reconciliation of expenses
- General Administration for the wider business
About you:
- Previous Reception and Administration experience (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with a sense of urgency
- Intermediate MS Office
- Excellent external stakeholder management skill
