Opportunity for an experienced Shared Services specialist to join this fast paced FMCG organisation, leading a team across AP & AR.

About the role One of Australia's most well known businesses is in the market for an experienced Shared Services professional to lead their Accounts Payable & Receivable division.

The role will be leading a team both on shore and off shore, and have a focus on team development & management, process improvement & drive cost efficiencies.

If you have experience working for a large scale listed organisation overseeing a shared services division comprising of transactional accounting, we'd love to hear from you.


The Responsibilities:

Reporting directly into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for; Lead, mentor, develop transactional accounting services – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.

Manage offshore vendor partners, and lead large offshore division.

Manage senior stakeholder relationships across all divisions of the business Demonstrate leadership support for all departmental initiatives and organisational development activities, modelling expected behaviors to managers and staff to create a desired workplace culture Have a strategic approach to lowering business cost through shared services Lead high performing teams through coaching and mentoring, to build and grow operational capability The successful applicant Previous experience as a Shared Services Leader within a business of similar scale and volume.

Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally & externally.
High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers.
Natural born leader, excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation.
