The Role:

An opportunity now exists for a world-class General Manager to join a brand new, state-of-the-art TotalFusion facility. This new GM will plan, direct and coordinate the overall operations of the facility. Provide a high standard in operational and sales support to all departments.

Create an exceptional experience for all members and customers, while ensuring the facility is able to achieve its financial targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daytoday operations, monitoring weekly performance goals, assuring completion, while accomplishing your own goals.
  • Ensure the facility achieves all sales, retention, growth and revenue budgets or targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Delegate responsibilities effecitviely while executing policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Develop and support initiatives to drive growth and retention across all departments.
  • Develop initiatives for underperformance to achieve projected profit and loss statements
  • Work with and support the department heads and their teams to achieve their KPI's
  • Ensure that customer service levels and expectations are delivered within the facility at all times
  • Drive marketing, events & promotional activities across the facility
  • Maintain standard in service, cleanliness & compliance through audit
  • Effectively managing spend inline with budgets
  • Develop, mentor and retain team members
  • Develop effective succession planning at all levels within the facility
  • Conduct and/or support in regular meetings with teams and other department heads
  • Ensure the facility maintains a high level of OHS standards
  • Report 100% of notifiable incidents, injuries and near misses and incident forms are filled
  • Comply and promote OH&S Policy and procedures across the facility
  • Facilitate, support and monitor the induction of new team members ensuring they are set up with the resources, tools and training required to succeed in their role
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved
  • Actively participate in TF events (including but not limited to: Launches, Training, Other Special Events)

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business desirable
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certificate

Experience:

  • Regional or multibusiness unit General Management experience
