Melbourne, Victoria, Australia More Good Days Pty Ltd Full time

More Good Daysis a VC-backed health tech start-up that helps people manage their chronic pain with digital behavioural treatments.

Imagine waking up every day with pain, and there is no cure. Globally, 1 in 5 people suffer from chronic pain. It is the #1 most common chronic condition and the leading cause of disability in the world. As many countries fight an opioid crisis that arose from a genuine need for pain relief, demand and evidence have grown for multidisciplinary and behavioural treatment for chronic pain. However, only 10% of chronic pain sufferers have access to these treatments due to high costs or lack of trained practitioners. More Good Days is an early-stage health tech company looking to make evidence-based opioid-free treatments accessible as a first-line option for chronic pain.

More Good Days is a 'for purpose' company founded to create innovative solutions for people with chronic pain. We are a team of clinicians and entrepreneurs who have come together to make evidence-based pain management accessible to everyone that needs it.

After recently closing our first fundraising round we are now looking to hire exceptional people to form our founding team members to supercharge our growth.

Why join More Good Days?

Come be part of a mission-driven and fast growing venture-backed start-up in Australia looking to make a real difference in people's lives. As a founding member of More Good Days, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of the company as well as the freedom and support from our small energetic team who are empowered to make a direct impact through our work.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop and execute our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role is perfect for someone looking for the challenge of joining an early-stage company with a nascent product that has huge potential to grow and evolve. As a founding member of the team, a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and to wear multiple hats is a must.

What you'll do

Deeply understand the problems the customers are facing and the main ingredients of our product needed to drive clinical efficacy, scalability and a great customer experience

Create a product strategy that addresses the customer pain points using quantitative and qualitative data to guide design

Bring our product strategy to life, finding smart ways to test, measure, learn and prioritise features through quick iterations

Break big goals down into small, solvable pieces, and be able to reliably select and deliver the pieces that have disproportionately high value

Build relationships and collaborate with our clinical advisory team, content developers, designers and technology team. Making sure that the team is aligned and everyone is moving in the same direction

Actively use data to confirm and disprove your hypothesis. Challenge your existing mental models and biases to create the best product possible.

Prioritize with specific, concrete goals in mind and balance short-term and long-term trade-offs.

Write product requirements, acceptance criteria and create wireframes

About You

5 years experience achieving product success and growth in previous roles

Experience in defining product requirements by gathering user needs and feedback. PM will work closely with the engineering team to drive development to launch

You are curious, autonomous and analytical

You are focused on understanding customer problems deeply and combine the problems that customers face with industry trends and our broader company mission and strategy, to create solutions that are impactful and easy-to-use

Someone with good judgement who can operate both on the ground and at 10,000 feet strategically

An ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action

Outstanding communication, presentation, organisational, and leadership skills

What we offer

Equity in the business and a competitive salary

High growth opportunity to develop self and others

Balance of freedom + support

We believe in autonomy, so hybrid work is how we operate. Come in when you need to, otherwise, work how works best for you, even if that's really late or really early

How To Apply

Send your CV & a short bio to
