Our client is a Japanese real estate management service provider, and they are currently seeking a Manager to join their Sydney office.

Our client is a Japanese real estate management service provider, and they are currently seeking a Manager to join their Sydney office.


  • Fulltime, Permanent
  • Utilize Japanese and English skills

About the role:

  • Prospect new clients to establish, understand customer needs, and develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service in Japanese.
  • Provide due diligence for clients and participate in the entire transaction process.
  • Explore the properties for leas.
  • Understand the market trends and promote the underwriting of target customers according to the results of market research.
  • Have the ability to evaluate the related property projects and provide reference evaluation reports for investors.
  • Establish contact with potential clients and target universities in Australia and Asia, and need to follow up, update data in a timely manner. Form reports to the company's senior management team.
  • Monitor regional student trends, local government policy and real estate capital market trends for related markets.
  • With an understanding of the way the company operates, can provide feasible suggestions to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the organization.
  • Handle adhoc tasks

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a business development manager/sales manager in sales and rental commercial and residential industry.
  • Professional knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (Speaking/Listening/Writing/Reading)
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong report writing skills in both teamwork and individual assignments.
