We are currently seeking energetic, experienced casual Supervisor to deliver a superior guest experience through exceptional food and beverage skills and high-quality guest.

This role will involve delivering a high level of professional service, attention to detail and maintaining the high standards expected by our guests. As the F&B Supervisor you will support Restaurant Management while guiding and training both existing and new staff members of the overall team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Previous experience in a team-leading role
  • Knowledge of HACCAP / WHS and safety regulations
  • Confident and supportive personality
  • Ability to manage the reservation system
  • Ability to continually learn and develop
  • Ability to track daily costs and revenue
  • Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service

ABOUT YOU:

  • Rostering
  • Oversee the operation of food and beverage service
  • Guiding and training existing and new staff members
  • Supervising the preparation of drinks
  • Monitoring supplies
  • Handling complaints
  • Helping staff resolve on-the-job challenges
