We are currently seeking casual Cooks to work in multiple venues. If you are looking for a challenge and want to experience working for one of Darwin's most famous locations, then seize this opportunity to join one of our dynamic kitchen teams.

The Vue

Located amid the excitement of the casino and with stunning ocean views, The Vue delivers a lavish a la carte menu set in a leisurely dining experience for lunch and dinner, including a private dining room for group celebrations.

Catering to a variety of events and special occasions, offering Chefs creativity opportunities every time.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in an a' la carte restaurant and function service
  • Attention to detail and ability to achieve highest standards of food quality
  • A passion for food and creative flair
  • Butchery and pastry experience (Highly Desirable)
  • Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and WH&S standards
  • High level of professionalism in the workplace
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cooking
  • Available to work a 7-day roster including morning and evening shifts, public holidays and weekends
