Sales / Admin Officer in Wrecking Industry
C Young Auto Dismantlers trading as I & M Auto Parts Australia are based in Greenacre, Sydney.


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member who is keen on working with vehicles or has experience or excessive knowledge in dismantling auto parts.

As a Sales / Admin Officer your key responsibilities will include:

  • Knowledge of Pinnacle System desirable
  • Extensive car part knowledge and ability to identify parts that are presented to you
  • Strong sales focus with proven selling techniques, within an automotive setting
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Great customer service with a positive, customercentric and 'cando' attitude
  • Taking all customer service calls as this is a front desk position.
  • Effective communication skills to build relationships with customers and fellow team members.
  • A real passion for customer service and car parts
  • Strong leadership skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to resolve any customer complaints quickly.
  • Maintain and service vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist in container fulfilment for exporting when required
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility of allocated tasks and projects.

EXPERIENCE:
2 years minimum

  • Display a positive attitude and work ethic
  • Motivated and driven
  • Must have vehicle and parts knowledge
  • Experience working with automotive Parts
  • Experienced in automotive dismantling

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent - Must have Tax File Number

Benefits:
Full time position with salary package offered including superannuation

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
