**Associate**
**Agent** to join a team who are consistently transacting this team has over 40 listings on the market at the moment.

**The Role**:
Working Monday - Saturday with a full day off during the week, this role will be very hands-on, & fast-paced. You will be hungry, focused and reliable. You will be not afraid to put in the long hours for maximum results & comissions.

Key duties include:

- Providing support to a busy listing & selling principle who is billing over $2mil and up to 40 listings at one time
- Run listings under $1m
- Lead Generation, Cold calling, door knocking
- Warm Calls to an active database
- Open homes & post open call backs
- Buyer management
- Database management
- Previous Real Estate experience - ideally sales but will consider leasing/bdm
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Possess a strong work ethic & willingness to go the extra mile
- Want a long term career in Real Estate
