About the team


Our Marketing team is responsible for the development and delivery of specific residential project marketing strategies to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets.

These objectives are achieved through a range of activities including brand and campaign strategies, from the concept stage through to completion.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Digital with experience in project marketing to support the Marketing Manager.

This role will be responsible for developing digital content to support in delivering the digital marketing strategy across social media platforms and various digital environments while gaining exposure to the strategic, creative, and operational aspects of marketing for Development Victoria's residential projects.


About you:

You will have knowledge and experience in the following:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience working in a digital marketing, social media, or campaign role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior exposure to the development, property or construction industry (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of SEO and other digital optimization strategies (highly desirable).
  • Experience researching and copywriting content for use across social media platforms, whilst demonstrating an understanding of social media principles and KIP's
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and to selfmanage where required
  • Exposure to briefing and working with advertising agencies
  • Monitors client and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Constructively deals with stakeholder issues.
  • Has creative ideas and can project how these can link to innovations.
  • Bachelor equivalent or higher tertiary degree in marketing.

Key accountabilities will include;

  • Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver Development Victoria's residential Property Group digital content strategy across eDM, social media, news posts and other digital platforms.
  • Content generation and scheduling across various platforms including eDM, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media KPI's based on industry benchmarks including monthly reporting and insights on performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage digital content updates across website, CRM and thirdparty sales tools.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team, Sales team, Development and Corporate Communication teams to ensure content is informative, appealing and on brand.
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and implement across organic and paid campaigns.
  • Manage third party agency paid social media campaign budget and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Assist the broader marketing team where required to deliver the multichannel marketing program.
