This newly restored, 120-year-old landmark has recently completed a $12M renovation which has almost doubled the venue in size since its opening in 1886.

The Claremont Hotel boasts a range of different spaces to discover, including a sports bar, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a family-friendly courtyard, a rooftop bar and function spaces, so we are searching for a Maintenance/Yard Person to keep this historic venue, beautiful, fresh and inviting.


If you have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude, we will provide you with the training to succeed and the chance to feel like one of our tight-knit teams from day one.


  • Min 2 years' experience as a maintenance person
  • General Yard Maintenance
  • Great attitude and communication skills
  • Perform a broad range of general maintenance duties, including carpentry, plumbing & painting.
  • Managing routine and scheduled maintenance programs
  • Monthly & weekly projects
  • Strong attention to detail & selfmotivation
  • Ability to work independently
