About you
As our,

_Member Engagement Coordinator_, you will be a part of the Member Engagement team; providing services to the regional faculties and will work to ensure these activities are regionally considered and relevant

You possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in event management, project management, communications or marketing or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in a successful communications or event management role.
  • Strong customer service focus with high level of attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills able to communicate effectively and build strong collaborative relationships with all levels of staff, management, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, guide, coach and provide advice to others within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a small team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and technical ability in the setup of IT equipment
  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as required.
  • Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check may be required.

Highly Desirable

  • Postgraduate event or project management, communications, business, or equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience in a membershipbased organisation and/or knowledge of the health sector
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated experience with webbased event management programs

About the opportunity
Reporting to the

_Member Engagement Team Leader_, this role will be accountable for discreet communication, event management coordination and delivery of logistics for face-to-face conferences, workshops and meetings, webinars and virtual events aligned to the RACGP calendar of events. The role is expected to follow agreed processes and procedures and ensures the technical delivery and smooth operations of required tasks.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordination and responsibility of the endtoend planning, development, and delivery of memberfocused activities, including but not limited to communications, workshops, webinars, conferences, meetings, seminars, award ceremonies, and social/networking events.
  • Remotely host webinars, including introducing the event, managing Q&A/polls and supporting the speaker throughout
  • Communicating with speakers in advance of each Webinar regarding on the day logistics, required support and presentation materials
  • Keeping the RACGP events listing in the calendar up to date with descriptions and relevant information
  • Managing the online Webinar booking / registration process
  • Editing and uploading Webinar recordings and videos to the website
  • Develop and complete reporting dashboards for activities and to input into integrated marketing campaign projects to measure and report on success
  • Evaluate the success of the planning, development, and delivery of member activities, including evaluation of service delivery
  • Coordinate and deliver regular and ad hoc communications including, EDMs, social media and event & activity promotions.
  • Ensure all activities meet RACGP requirements and reporting timeframes.
  • Participate in the RACGP Performance Review Cycle
  • In consultation with Manager, deliver agreed Work Performance Goals
  • Comply with all relevant workplace policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as required.
