Your focus will be:

  • Strengthen asset managements systems and planning
  • Build and lead the Asset Management and Maintenance Planning teams
  • Liaise with clients in a challenging environment

The Duties

  • Demonstrate extensive asset management and systems expertise
  • Refine maintenance and scheduling processes and procedures
  • Drive improvements to the CMMS
  • Manage work order management
  • Manage the update of asset data for all contracts
  • Provide mentoring, training and development to the team
  • Improve lifecycle plans, data cleansing, report setup and generation etc.

The Success Profile

  • 10+ years' experience in Asset Management and Maintenance Planning
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering is essential
  • Building/Facility services industry experience is essential
  • Strong experience in CMMS (SAP, Maximo, Mex, Pronto etc)
  • Knowledge of ISO 55000
  • Strong engagement and relationship management skills with internal teams and clients
