With more than 200 employees, this firm are seeking a Legel 1 Helpdesk Agent to join their busy practice on a three month temporary basis.


The Role


Although located in Melbourne this role provides technology support to the firm as part of the National Technology Support Desk Team.

Responsibilities in this role will include, however are not limited to:

  • Support IT infrastructure hardware and software (desktops, laptops, soft phones, mobiles, switches, routers, and servers).
  • Setup and trouble shoot audio visual and video conferencing systems.
  • Resolve network scanning and printing issues.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in technology support.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience working within a helpdesk environment.
  • Ability to conduct initial investigation and diagnosis of issues.
  • A willingness to learn and be selfmotivated.
