Greater Good Care is a community-based, NDIS disability and complex mental health service delivering a range of responsive mental health and disability support services.


Greater Good Care employs staff from a variety of backgrounds to deliver services across Melbourne and has an operational base located in Mernda Vic.

About You


With a passion for seeing others gain independence in their life you will have extensive knowledge & proven experience in a similar role of accessing a range of relevant community resources, particularly in the areas of health, drug & alcohol, legal, income support, employment and recreation.


In addition, you will possess:

  • Effective listening skills and adaptable communication style
  • Demonstrated flexibility, patience, initiative and emotional resilience
  • Capability to advocate for others and build support networks
  • An understanding of the Trauma Informed Care and the NDIS frameworks
  • A Bachelor's degree in Individual Support, Disability Work or other relevant qualification


It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a positive Working with Children's Check, a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, NDIS and Disability Workers clearance and posses a current & valid driver's license.

About the Role

  • Developing professional relationships with individuals, their families and others in the community to build support networks
  • Providing advocacy and support to individuals as well as linkages & services to health, allied health or other primary supports
  • Regular completion of accurate and timely case notes

Who are we


We are a new provider of Complex Mental Health and Disability Services to people living with severe mental illness or physical disability.

Our focus is to work with forensic clients with legal, AOD and IVO issues including those who are experiencing intellectual, dual diagnoses and episodic mental illness and psychosocial disability.


The director has a wealth of knowledge in complex mental health and disability service provision and has supplemented their experience with completing formal qualifications and has over 5 years of experience in Complex and Intensive Mental Health Disorders, Dual Disability and Dual Diagnoses.


Greater Good Care Services Pty Ltd was established to provide people with disability-tailored care services that emphasise quality and compassion.

Up to $34.00 per hour
