Pitch Materials:
Coordination of presentation and marketing materials to assist with the sales process.

  • Database Management: Assist sales team with client database updates in Salesforce.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist with production of sales reporting as requested by management.
  • Project Management of RFP Process: Assist in the oversight of the RFP process, work across the sales, RFP and investment functions to ensure timely and clientfocused endproduct is delivered to the prospect and client within established time frames.

External Parties:
Regular communication with fund custodian and Responsible Entity to assist with incoming requests from clients.

  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings and conference calls in multiple time zones.

Manage business travel arrangements and T&E expenses for the team via Concur system.

  • Minor Office Administration: General office administrative duties in coordination with the Asia Regional Office.
Qualification

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience within the financial services industry OR recent graduates with an interest in pursuing a career path in Asset Management sales or client relations.
  • Diploma or above.
  • Independent, mature, punctual, responsible and with positive working attitude.
  • Organized, able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Collaborative team player and selfstarter with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy and detailoriented.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders of all levels.
  • Efficient project management abilities to deliver workload under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced, team environment.
  • Comfortable working within a sales driven and client centric environment.
