This is an exciting time of growth for Mortgage Choice, but something that remains the same is that our qualified mortgage brokers continue to provide first class customer service and advice to help our customers take control of their finances.
What we're doing- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and accurate measure and responding to the needs of customers throughout all stages of the lending cycle- Reach expected settlement targets while ensuring you have a high customer feedback rating- Seek out additional product sales opportunities from clients eg.
Who we're looking for
You are someone who has a great professional presentation and is an excellent communicator. You will display a strong attention to detail and love to work in a fast-paced environment.
In addition:
- You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in order to convey terms in a clear and concise manner
- Experience of Home Lending / Mortgage or Credit products is essential with a minimum 3 years of current home loan lending experience with a bank or mortgage broker in a sales based environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and business development skills
- Confident to conduct home loan health checks
- You will be confident to conduct calls to existing or new customers and be comfortable in coldcalling marketing activities that we may attend from time to time
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking/Either MFAA or FBAA current accreditation would be an advantage
- Be thorough, precise and take pride in all aspects of your role
- Able to adapt to and learn changes in technology and our processes
- Whilst there is no weekend work, we ask for flexibility should a customer seek an afterhours call
