Job Description

Trek Rockhampton is currently seeking Casual Sales Associates who can enjoy flexible working hours tailored to accommodate busy schedules. Ideally, we are looking for individuals available on various days and times from Monday to Sunday.

What you'll do
Prepare yourself for a unique retail experience as a Trek Sales Associate. You will directly engage with customers, offering expertise on cutting-edge cycling products, providing personalized recommendations, and fostering lasting connections with riders in your community.

This role demands a positive, infectious energy. Your objective is to establish a loyal customer base that relies on your store for exceptional service. The environment is dynamic, customers are inquisitive, and a unified, customer-centric team approach is crucial.

We prioritize hospitality skills above all, whether gained in retail or the service industry. We value eagerness to learn over claiming to know everything. While bike expertise is a plus, we offer training for those who need it. The key is your ability to understand customer needs, surpass their expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
