About you
We want someone who is an inspirational manager that:
- is energetic and passionate and can drive sales to exceed the targets
- has demonstrated experience managing a retail store and driving sales
- has demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching and mentoring staff
- has fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- has the ability to use their experience to up-sell our products with customers
- is a team player who will help the team achieve its sales targets
- able to identify the opportunities for improvement within the store
- is available to work on the weekends (both Sat & Sun)
The role
You will be responsible for:
- overseeing the Rockhampton store, ensuring the store appearance, store visual merchandising and store social media are reflecting the company vision
- driving sales performance for the store to meet set KPIs
- preparing for seasonal peaks and troughs, ensuring maximum productivity throughout
- motivating and building a successful, cohesive team by leading from the front and inspiring a winning attitude amongst the team
- ensure that all staff are fully trained and equipped with desired skills and education about the product and sales techniques, and continue to monitor their development
