About the Position
You will oversee stakeholder management, design, construction, and coordination of major projects, ensuring safety procedures are prioritized. As a project manager, you will have the freedom to manage diverse projects independently, in a team-oriented culture that values employee engagement and collaboration.
Essential Position Requirements
- Experience in managing infrastructure projects from start to finish and collaborating with stakeholders to communicate project expectations and outcomes.
- Understanding of project management frameworks, legislative requirements, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in site management, scheduling, risk analysis, contract and financial management, and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing various documents.
- Applicants must have Australian or New Zealand work rights.
