Project Manager

CQUniversity is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Facilities Management Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various infrastructure projects from inception to completion, working collaboratively with stakeholders to communicate and manage project expectations, milestones, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including design, tendering, construction, commissioning, and coordination and control.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to communicate and manage project expectations, milestones, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and systems to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Manage site operations, program and project scheduling, risk analysis, contract management, cost estimating, and financial management.
- Prepare tender recommendations, submissions, reports, and briefing papers.
