Job Description:
The Data & Report Analyst will play an integral role in the execution of BI Strategy and support of ongoing BI Reporting requirements.
This role will require a strong understanding of translating business requirements into BI reporting solutions coupled with leveraging the capabilities of Enterprise BI technologies to drive insightful commercial decisions.
The role will require the adoption of industry best practices and adherence to standards and governance in the delivery of BI solution design and implementation.
In this role you will:
- Execute against the Data and Analytics roadmap for your relevant business unit including optimisation of the existing capability as well the introduction of new capabilities where applicable.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Schedule showcase workshops and test and validate stakeholder requirements.
- Work closely with the D&A Business Partners to assure analysis, information, commentary, and insights are delivered to our business partners.
- Manage risks relating to the services you and your team provide through the development and ongoing management of standard operating procedures for key information products.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have,
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Commerce Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years Data & Reporting experience with proven business transformational skills.
- Ability to build strong commercial acumen, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills (ability to demonstrate examples as desired).
