We have multiple locations for you to choose from across Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Newcastle and Port Macquarie

Reporting to the Area Manager of Newcastle, this role will take charge of a healthy existing portfolio and will also focus on winning new business and expanding ARC's customer base across the area. We are looking for someone with a value-based approach to sales.

You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the other Key Account Managers, you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies.


• Be highly visible within the market - represent and profile the ARC business

• Be our customer's advocate within ARC - know their drivers, hot issues, challenges, and expectations and bring this knowledge to the business to support winning and delivery of work

• Conduct regular customer reviews with key accounts and relay feedback to the internal team

• Maintain a pipeline of new business prospects using the CRM

• Collect and analyse market information, trends, and competitor intelligence

• Hunt new business with determination and a hunger to win

The ideal candidate will possess a keen willingness to learn and an innate ability to connect with new customers and close sales. You'll have a genuine passion for listening to our customers' needs, with empathy being one of your strongest traits. You'll also be highly motivated and determined to succeed, with a solid work ethic that drives you to exceed targets and achieve success.

In addition to your sales prowess, you'll possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple support functions across our business. You'll be a team player at heart, with a strong desire to collaborate with and learn from our existing team of Key Account Managers.

While prior experience in sales to the Building and Construction industry is desirable, it's not essential. We believe that the right attitude and attributes are key to success in this role. Above all, we're looking for a candidate with high levels of integrity and a commitment to delivering excellence in everything they do.
