Clough is working on a game-changing project in Western Australia, the Project Ceres urea plant. This landmark project will be one of the largest in Australia and in the world, showcasing sustainable production processes. The project is set to create around 2,000 job opportunities during the construction phase, benefiting the local community with career growth, training chances, and business prospects.

Clough is currently looking for Civil Quality Coordinators to join the Project Ceres team. As a Quality Coordinator reporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Project Quality Management System. Your role will involve managing subcontractor surveillance programs and ensuring testing and surveillance activities are carried out effectively during construction.

The position will initially be based on-site at Dampier Burrup Peninsula.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining promotion, awareness, and compliance with the Project Management System. Developing and implementing construction and source inspection planning. Compiling service assignment notices for subcontract inspection providers. Managing notifications for critical activities. Ensuring quality documentation complies with standards and regulations. Liaising with various stakeholders for quality conformance. Attending meetings to address quality requirements. Reviewing and approving supplier/sub-contractor project deliverables. Coordinating source inspection activities. Identifying and implementing corrective actions for non-conformance. Performing release activities for quality action items.

What you bring to the team:

7+ years of industry experience in a similar role. Trade Qualification. Lead Auditor Certification. Ability to communicate effectively. Strong commitment to safety.
