In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Dynamic Pricing team and will support the Fleet Sales and Pre-Owned Vehicles teams.

Key duties & responsibilities:

· Support the management of MBAuP Agent demonstrator fleet (life cycle).

· Support of the Demonstrator Fleet Systems: PULSE, STS, Q-Dome and Test Drive Booking Systems (VBS).

· Assist in management of Agent Lease Vehicles.

· Coordinating the end-to-end process of Carsales and managing reports.

· Manage any Agent queries in DQP on demonstrator topics and by managing the shared inbox.

· Send Demonstrator Fleet Managers weekly reports.

· Follow up IT Tickets and Projects, Enquiries and Continuous Improvement.

· Ensure timely grounding of vehicles, de-fleeting process and working closely with MBAuP Pricing Team to provide vehicle sales pricing.

· Focusing on continuous improvement with processes and current systems.

· Managing any payments associated with service plans, services, and discounts.

· Assist in future project tasks including but not limited to interstate sales and EQ B2C.

Qualifikationen

What you will need to be successful:

· Detailed knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand, products and customer expectations.

· Good knowledge or Warranty / Goodwill obligations.

· Understanding of Recall Act, Australian Customer Law, MVIS (Motor vehicle information sharing scheme)

· Knowledge and experience with Excel and can easily learn new systems including Pulse, VBS etc.
