About the Role:
New Technology Customer Relationship Manager | 9 Month Fixed Term Contract | Melbourne Based
The Emerging Business Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be part of a small, high-performing team supporting a range of new and innovative residential products and services for Emerging Business.
What you'll be doing:
- Accurately log cases with clear notes, updates, and actions.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements.
- Collaborate with other teams in Emerging Business, Wholesale Markets, and Customer Markets to resolve issues.
- Minimize customer effort and boost customer advocacy.
- Continuously review and enhance business processes.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience within in a service role with evidence of solving complex customer enquiries.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
- A good understanding of solar, batteries, smart meters, smart home products, residential energy usage and how customers can become more energy efficient.
- Sound computer literacy and competence in SAP CRM System
