Job Description


Business Development:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's client base and market presence.
· Lead Generation:
 Generate leads through various channels such as networking events, digital marketing, social media, and partnerships with relevant organizations.
· Client Acquisition:
Build relationships with potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and close deals to onboard new clients and achieve revenue targets.
· Performance Tracking:
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, coaching, and event management, to align business expansion efforts and event strategies with overall company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, coaching, and event management roles, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or social services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, lead generation strategies, digital marketing channels, coaching techniques, and event management.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, coaching team members, and guest speakers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities and event planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, event management platforms, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the parenting support industry, coordinating events, and contributing to the growth and success of the Company
