The Role:


As a Claims Consultant within the Accident & Health space where you will be an integral part of the team.

Seizing the opportunity to have the best of both worlds in a hybrid role. You will be responsible to oversee all insurance claims related to accidents and injuries that occur on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end management of the Accident and Health portfolio
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and various other stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Manage and oversee a specialized portfolio of Accident & Health claims, specifically focusing on areas such as Income Protection, Death, Total and Permanent Disability and Sports Personal Accident.
  • Assess and analyse claims and devise effective strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Delivering claimsrelated advice to claimants and potential claimants

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the claims, contact centre, or insurance sectors is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectation.
  • Ability to efficiently plan and prioritize tasks, ensuring their timely completion in a fastpaced environment.
  • Show a strong ability to think critically and analyse complex options, leading to making wellinformed decisions.
