Position Summary - People & Culture Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process in conjunction with the broader People & Culture Team.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Compile HR metric reports and participate in key People & Culture projects when required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant R.M.W. Policies & Procedures, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, NES and legislation.
  • Where required conduct formal investigations and support with disciplinary meetings across the teams.
  • Management and maintenance of HRIS.
  • Contribute to streamlining of People & Culture processes and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2 years + experience in People & Culture Team.
  • Currently studying or have completed Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationship management skills.
