  • Assist in managing the agent's schedule
  • Handle end-to-end listing and post-settlement processes
  • Undertake data entry, handle inquiries, and liaise with both internal and external contacts
  • Fulfill a fast-paced role overseeing on average 15 campaigns concurrently
  • Enjoy a great culture and dynamic team atmosphere
  • Prepare for listing presentations and conduct market analysis research
  • Ensure precise compliance with documentation related to property listings and sales
  • Coordinate with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to facilitate smooth sales processes
  • Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong passion for the Industry
  • You should possess ambition, energy, and a drive for excellence
  • Prior experience in an EA/PA/Sales Coordinator role in Real Estate OR extensive property management experience is required
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management capabilities
  • Hold a Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
