Community Worker

  • Support clients to use of resources in an optimum level making sure client and family receive outstanding service as possible.
  • Prepare outcome summary of the plan after reviewing clients plan and progress reports and report as required to the allied agencies.
  • Consult with government body to use of resources in a best possible manner.
  • Monitor human resources including recruitment and support new members to lead to the program. Organize training and educational program as required to support program.
  • Arrange meeting with clients, families and stakeholders to provide additional support to organization and clients.
  • Any administrative work as required.

Pay:
$35.77 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
