What are we looking for:

We are currently seeking a Health Club Assistant for our Colmslie Health Club.

Through our various facilities, City Venue Management provides and facilitates a range of sport, recreation, and healthy lifestyle opportunities for the community.

The Health Club Assistant will be an efficient, well organised, and self-driven individual who posesses a passion for health and fitness.

You will require excellent communication and presentation skills, and a general understanding of the requirements for operating a Health and Fitness facility.


What you need to succeed:

  • Prior experience within the health and fitness industry
  • Exceptional customer service and prior sales experience
  • Fun and friendly attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Passionate about making a difference in the community
  • You are ready to lead the way in creating extraordinary member experiences on a daily basis
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Hungry to drive improvements and work within a fastpaced environment

CVM offers all the below qualifications internally with great discounts for new & existing employees

Qualifications to be held or obtained prior to commencement:

  • Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR
