ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manage properties based Southern Suburbs
  • A full-service agency with lots of support
  • Be supported with a shared full-time assistant property manager, dedicated trust accountant, and outsourced PCR's
  • Day to day management of the portfolio
  • Passion for providing top customer service


SKILL & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as a property manager
  • Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
  • Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
  • Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
  • Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
  • Ability to work autonomously
