About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, building and nurturing key owner relationships, and conducting regular inspections to ensure the properties are being managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management on a portfolio basis, with minimal travel required
  • Overseeing the support team and monitoring property updates in real-time
  • Building and nurturing key owner relationships to drive business growth
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure properties are being managed effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience is essential
  • Initiative and a passion for the industry
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • A drive to be an outstanding property manager and lead by example
