The Gig


As our Bartender (Beverage Artist) you will be charged with providing our guests with the best night they've ever had.

You know your Manhattan's from your martini's and that a rocking shift kicks off with just the right amount of prep.

You love mixing it up for our guests, creating all their favs, and exciting them with something new too but it's your banter that keeps them coming back and keeps the Crew smiling too.

We are looking for a qualified Mixologist who can provide our members and guests with an outstanding experience.

The Mixologist must be able to meet all the needs of our guests while building true connections and relationships, compelling them to come back again.


Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of customers is a crucial factor for improving the member and guest drinking experience.


About you


You must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails.

Curates Craft Cocktails and/or beverages to guest specifications

  • Describes all bar items; methods of preparation and prices as needed. Must have extensive knowledge of all bar/menu items
  • Proper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques using required Shakers Bar Spoon, Beakers, Jiggers, Hawthorne/Juniper Strainers
  • Extensive knowledge of the surrounding area, events, and directions to guide and enhance a guests local experience
  • Keep the bar clean and wellorganized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.
  • Works with guests to accommodate special requests and special dietary needs
  • Utilize suggestive selling on established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues
  • Serves menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Performs pre and postshift side work; setup, breakdown, condiments, etc
  • Responds to guest inquiries and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction; notifies supervisor of guests' complaints and unusual situations
  • Cash handling/ balance bank at the end of each shift and calculating tip outs
  • Observes guests to fulfill any additional requests and completes assigned side work as directed
  • Familiarizes self with all items on daily basis. After events, cleans away service and accessories
  • Follows all standard food handling, TIPS, sanitation and health department guidelines
