Mulpha is excited to launch Swing City, a brand-new Golf & Leisure Centre in Sydney's Norwest.

Swing City is a multi-million-dollar entertainment and hospitality destination, featuring 40 golf bays equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a licensed restaurant & bar as well as mini-golf and amusements.


We are now looking for an Experienced Bartender with a good understanding modern hospitality and beverage service to join the team.

This role will work closely with the F&B Manager and the floor team and will require you to manage the bar as well as assist with table service as needed.

RESPONSIBILITES
Previous experience in a fast-paced bar, hotel or restaurant
Strong spirits, cocktail, and beverage knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and welcoming attitude
Time management skills and a willingness to learn and grow
Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
Ability to work across the venues opening hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA
