The City of Yarra is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated professional to join our Digital and Technology team as our Business Solutions Application & SharePoint Specialist.


  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Services/Information Technology/Computer Science or similar relevant discipline with extensive relevant practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management and support of corporate systems in a large government or commercial setting, including business as usual support, lifecycle and business system architecture planning.
  • Excellent understanding of industry trends, problem solving, advanced analytical and troubleshooting ability and thinking to help reduce business costs and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage a broad spectrum of relationships and partnerships within a highly complex multistakeholder environment.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, written and oral communication skills including documenting, requirement building (RFP), presenting findings and outcomes; and report writing.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and collaborative environment, manage time and meet deadlines.
