With a busy agenda of store development projects we are now looking for a Store Concepts & Standards Planner to form part of the Store Development team.

**What does an average week look like?

  • Review and assist to develop all store development proposals for new stores, renewals, refurbishments and extensions, based on the ideal formats and standards
  • Assist the Store Development Team in developing viable solutions to store alterations
  • Work with external service providers to ensure brand standards are accurately reflected
  • Continue to innovate and maximise retail performance
  • Assist in the development of design concept packages
  • Anticipate potential project issues or costs ensuring solutions are developed
  • Accelerate the completion of store delivery by helping to formulate viable store projects
  • Support the Planning & Standards Manager to deliver quality documentation and Project Managers to deliver successful sites

Here's what it's going to take:

  • Demonstrated
    experience in the design/documentation field:
  • Strong
    AutoCAD and
    Revit (or similar) skills
  • Strong
    stakeholder management and communication skills:
  • The ability to engage and influence outcomes at all levels both internal and external
