We are seeking individuals who go over and above the simple day to day and will come to live and breathe the brand.


YOUR ROLE:


Your primary role as a FOH Team Member will be to fulfill the venue's service requirements of bar and floor service.


MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Staffing of onsite and offsite events, corporate and private
  • Hosting of gin flights, tastings and classes
  • Prepare for daily bookings, tastings, functions, events and tours
  • Maintain the floor, service and delivery of drinks and food during service
  • Stock management, rotation and maintenance
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Guest relations, ensuring all patrons have an exceptional and safe experience
  • Working with our online QR Ordering System and Point Of Sale
  • Venue and event setup and packdown

Qualifications:

  • RSA
