Spring Professional are seeking a marketing professional for a new opportunity in shopping centre marketing.


As Marketing Executive, you will assist in the promotion and delivery of marketing campaigns & events for 2 mid sized shopping centres.

This property group manage and develop some of Australia's largest luxury shopping centres and are expereince a period of exciting growth to thier already huge $2B portfolio.


Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of annual marketing plan and budget
  • Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns
  • Extending digital and social media presence of the asset
  • Liaising with media agencies
  • Managing signage, website & brand
  • Relevant reporting (traffic, demographics, budget & spend)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, agencies and local governing bodies
  • 2+yrs marketing experience in a comparable environment (Shopping Centre/retail/commercial property)
  • Retail shopping centre marketing experience adventageous.
  • Strong initiative
  • Team player mentality and ability to work as part of large team
  • Sound communication skills (verbal and written)
Salary - $100,000 package + 5% Bonus
