As our new Consultant for Engagement and Change Advisory, you'll collaborate with a team of highly skilled experts. You'll be a trusted partner to a wide range of international clients, understanding their challenges deeply to co-create innovative solutions that contribute to shaping the future. You'll add value, align assets with strategy, and proactively adapt to disruptive changes.

Here are the main things you'll be involved in:

  • Work in a dedicated team on various projects spanning different sectors like transport, water, government, mining, and energy, focusing on complex and strategic infrastructure projects collectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to offer advisory and consulting services to both public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on social outcomes and community impact.
  • Contribute to a pipeline of upcoming opportunities, participate in business development, and assist in creating proposals.
  • Contribute to enhancing our capabilities as part of our broader Advisory services.

What are we seeking from you?

In addition to your industry experience in management consulting, engineering consulting, or similar roles, you should also have:

  • Experience working on significant infrastructure projects.
  • Experience across various phases of a project's life cycle.
  • Strong written communication, engagement, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in client interactions.
  • The ability to nurture relationships and understand broader socioeconomic challenges.
  • Relevant tertiary education.
