A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated facilities management professional, looking to work on two highly respected commercial assets. These are fantastic clients, and you'll build and maintain strong relationships whilst delivering the full range of services.
You'll maintain a focus on all related engineering and facilities management tasks, from contractor management, procedures and risk management, statutory compliance management, sustainability as well as driving capital projects.
Relationship building across all levels is important, as you'll be the key point of contact between tenants and contractors.
We are high performing, professional and passionate about our customers, continuing to stay one step ahead when it comes to innovation. So, we need you, a like-minded Facilities Management professional, who shares the same fundamental principles and values.

Partnering with the clients Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure all on site expectations are met and developing sound working relationships at all levels Management of facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards Risk management Recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives Ensuring the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets Budgeting and reporting as required Contractor management Preventative maintenance Asset planning, Capex, fit outsBefore you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for.
You will have proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment and you're ready to push your career forward managing a high-profile portfolio.
You're passionate about sustainability and have good knowledge of building systems and occupational health & safety legislation and requirements.
Having the ability to be proactive and able to identify potential risks through compliance with OH&S is essential. You keep on top of things and can also oversee budgets, cut operational costs, and incur savings during the process.
Excellent communication skills are important– both written and spoken - and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines.
