Regulatory Compliance Advisory

  • Hands on compliance leader required
  • Can be based in NSW, VIC or QL
Lanson Partners are currently partnering with a mid-sized bank requiring a hands on regulatory compliance advisory professional in NSW, VIC or QL to advise stakeholders on relevant regulations and coach, develop and mentor junior direct reports:

  • Lead regulatory compliance advisory duties to shared services/operations functions across a variety of regulations/standards including privacy, nccp etc.
  • Manage, develop and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of regulatory compliance advisory specifically ideally within a bank or nonbank lender
  • Direct management experience, or proven track record in supporting a divisional head of compliance
  • Hands on, good problem solver, pragmatic, strong attention to detail with strong stakeholder management experience
