What will you be doing?
You will provide data and insights consulting for a range of FMCG clients. You will help to improve efficiencies and drive growth through providing analysis, insights, and valuable recommendations.

This involves discussing business challenges and providing advice based on market trends, clients' financial capabilities and other key organisational factors.

You will manage any initiative that forms part of the ongoing service delivery as outlined in the service agreement.

Responsibilities:


Working in our Food and Grocery team, you will partner with clients and enable them to make data driven decisions that grow their business.

Sharing your understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviours and trends, you will help clients to win new shoppers and increase sales.


Your day to day responsibilities will involve:

  • Assisting in the creation of analytical work, providing the 'what' and 'why' insights from different data points (scan and shopper)
  • Contributing to joint engagement plans and presenting analytical work to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in the management of allocated clients, and responding to their data and reporting queries
  • Providing technical support to clients on the use of Circana proprietary software; such as software installations, database set up, running retrievals, fixing and/or logging software errors etc

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insights or category management at a market research agency, FMCG manufacturer/retailer or similar (2 years preferred)
  • Strong account management and client servicing skills
  • Ability to push back and challenge clients, where appropriate and relevant
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and can build rapport and maintain relationships, internally and externally
  • Solid problemsolving skills with a curiosity to understand the 'why'
  • Efficient with Microsoft suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
