Melbourne-based position - this is hybrid role with some opportunities to WFH. There will be requirements to work from the office and travel as part of this position.

Your new role - what's involved?


As an Associate Consultant, your role will be to support the delivery of assessment activity across each stage of the recruitment process.


Key responsibilities you'll be involved in includes:

  • Facilitating and presenting at public information sessions
  • Facilitating, evaluating, assessing and reporting on participants for video interviews
  • Facilitating, evaluating, assessing and reporting on participants for assessment centres
  • Providing developmental feedback to participants

About you

  • You might have an Organisational Design, HR, Recruitment or equivalent background; or you might be someone new to the industry with transferable skills in customer service and record keeping
  • Open and collaborative approach to working with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems and feel comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
