Who we are

The Revenue team does more than just drive Mindbody software sales and manage ClassPass inventory. We help our clients reach their business objectives, foster their growth, and overcome challenges with innovative solutions from our software suite. We are strategic, teamwork-oriented, and solution-driven.



JOB FAMILY SUMMARY:

This team focuses on identifying and expanding HQC prospects, and adding new leads to our database. These leads are then passed on to our sales team by region to kickstart the nurturing and sales process.


JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) assesses outbound leads and generates opportunities for sales professionals to close deals. This role involves seeking new prospects online and reaching out to them. The main objectives include raising awareness about the ClassPass product, building interest, and arranging software demonstrations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of sales experience
  • Responds promptly and effectively to prospect objections
  • Performs well under pressure in a competitive setting
  • Achieves and surpasses individual goals consistently
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in the technical aspects of the role
  • Possesses a pleasant phone manner and professionalism
  • Communicates clearly, listens attentively, and responds promptly
Must have good internet literacy and decent tech-savviness PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicates with prospects through various channels targeting Mid Market and Enterprise prospects
  • Boosts sales through cold calls and lead generation
  • Assists prospects in scheduling software demo calls
  • Consistently meets outbound prospecting goals and defined key performance indicators
  • Maintains a record of continuously meeting and exceeding monthly targets
Any other duties as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role involves regular use of a computer, including a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
