About the Role
***The international Trade team are a supportive and passionate business unit who assist WA businesses with advancing import/export strategies and sales, developing investment readiness skills and connecting them with relevant international buyers and suppliers.


As an administrator in the International Trade team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by handling various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

This includes ensuring prompt and accurate processing of international trade documentation for clients and being a point of contact for clients who are utilising the international trade service.

This is a full time, permanent position based in the Perth CBD and is available for immediate commencement.

About You
As an international trade administrator at CCIWA, your attention to detail will be your greatest asset.

In a dynamic environment where precision is crucial, your meticulous approach to tasks will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the international trade services.


You will also possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to work and learn both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Some experience in export documentation will be highly regarded, but not essential

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a range of administrative support such as scanning, filing, and mailing
  • Processing, issuing and invoicing Certificates of Origin and associated documentation
  • Point of contact for AMCL queries & leads (Australian Made Campaign Ltd)
  • Prepare Ambassador visit meetings/scheduling.
  • Administrate monthly Credit Card invoices, Carnet and AMCL accounts
  • Providing additional support to the team as required
