Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective preparation and development of estimating, quoting and tender preparation.
  • Execution of work orders.
  • Close collaboration the with sales and project management teams.
  • Managing aftermarket enquiries, part numbers, stock levels and pricing.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a similar coordination role,
  • Proven experience in the management, population and administration of a CRM database (particularly SAP) is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong administrative and filing skills.
