As part of this role, you will be delivering on the Person-Centred Practice Strategy across Homes Victoria and the broader Department of Families Fairness and Housing.

This strategy provides a practical framework to on person-centred approaches to design and deliver better services for people who use the public housing system.


ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Develop and oversee client centric strategy and policy initiatives that meet government and departmental objectives within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
  • Support staff across Victoria, with the planning and facilitation of codesign programs to support service design on key reforms identified in the overarching Person at the Centre strategy.
  • Provide authoritative advice, reasoned recommendations and innovative solutions in order to engage clients in the delivery of policy and program reform based on comprehensive research.
